Any essential oil or fragrance oil can be used in our electric diffusers. Do not use heavy oils, reed diffuser oils and perfumes as these may damage your diffuser. Our fragrance oils are designed with specially blended scents to create an at-home aromatherapy experience.

Place the diffuser on a flat surface and remove the ceramic cover and plastic cap. Turn the base upside down and insert the DC adapter into the diffuser. Carefully fill the diffuser with 90-100ml of water, being careful not to exceed the maximum fill line. Add 2-3 drops of fragrance oil before replacing the plastic cap and ceramic cover, making sure they are aligned. Connect the adaptor to the mains to enjoy your chosen scent. Our aroma diffuser comes with a plug and must be plugged in to work. If you’re after a cordless and non-electric option, choose one of our reed diffusers.

It’s important to clean your diffuser regularly so the fragrances you use smell exactly as intended without being altered by previous oils you’ve used. Unplug your diffuser and empty any water. Clean the water tank with a soft, dry cloth to remove any impurities. We recommend emptying and cleaning your diffuser every third day of use.

Yes, our diffusers are safe to use around pets. It is important to note that fragrances, both essential and synthetic, can be irritable. Pets can be more sensitive to fragrances than humans, but like humans, some may not be affected at all. Check the ingredients on the product page for an indication of the chemicals that could cause harm. Never apply fragrance oils directly to your pet and keep them out of reach. Avoid spills and clean up immediately so that your pet does not sniff or lick the oils directly.
