Delivery and Collection Information

Saturday Delivery is unavailable over the Easter bank holiday weekend.

We want to make ordering from us as positive as possible, so we have a range of delivery and collection options.

Delivery

For all delivery types, once your order is dispatched our couriers will send you an email with your tracking information.

Standard Delivery

£3.95 (free for orders £60 and over)

Delivery within 2-3 working days (an additional day may be needed for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Channel Islands).
Excludes furniture and some oversized items.

Next Day Delivery

£5.95 (£2 for orders £60 and over)

Deliveries to UK mainland: Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 7pm (Sunday to Thursday) for delivery the next working day. Next Day Delivery orders placed after 7pm on a Thursday will be delivered the following week (excludes bank holidays).
Excludes weekends.
Excludes deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Channel Islands.
Excludes furniture and some oversized items.

Saturday Delivery

£6.95 (£3 for orders £60 and over)

Order by 7pm on Friday.

Orders placed after 7pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.

International

Prices and timescales vary (free for orders £60 and over)
