If there’s something you’ll want to put a bit of thought into before buying, it’s furniture. What does your room need? What designs fit your style? Will the fabric colour work with your existing scheme? And then there’s the practical stuff - how will you get it home? What will you do with the old armchair it’s replacing? Luckily for you, we’ve brought together everything you need to know before you choose your new 78zin design, from ways to spread the cost to delivery and collection information. Try before you buy

Fabric swatches are a great way to test whether a colour or texture works well in your space. Our swatches are delivered free of charge so you can get a feel for your furniture before you purchase. From soft velvets to textured boucle and neutral linens, there’s plenty to choose from. Not all furniture is available in all fabrics, and our Home & Gift Team carefully choose which fabric is suitable for each piece. You can check the product page to see compatible fabric swatches.

British Heart Foundation

We’ve teamed up with the British Heart Foundation to offer our customers a free furniture collection service, so that your unwanted items can find a new home instead of heading for landfill. You can donate pretty much anything as long as it is in resalable condition, from armchairs and bedroom furniture to home textiles and plant pots. The items will be taken to your local British Heart Foundation store for free and sold to help raise funds towards research into preventing, diagnosing, treating and curing heart and circulatory diseases.

Spread the cost with Klarna

We’ve partnered with Klarna to offer finance on furniture, so you can spread your payment over 12 months at no extra cost. When you spend £300 or more on 78zin furniture, simply choose ‘Financing’ at the checkout to pay in monthly instalments.

Free delivery and returns

Our furniture delivery charge is £35, or free if your order is over £750. We currently only deliver furniture to the UK, including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isle of White and the Isles of Scilly. We don’t deliver furniture to stores for collection. When your furniture is ready for delivery, our couriers will contact you to discuss a convenient delivery date. You will then receive a text notification the evening before the agreed date with a three-hour time slot so you can arrange your day.

On delivery day your order will be taken to your room of your choice and unwrapped. You will be asked to check over your item and sign to agree that you are happy to accept your order. Please note that our couriers are unable to deliver beyond the 2nd floor and heavier furniture will only be delivered to the ground floor, so please check the product page before purchasing.

Most of our furniture will be delivered fully or partially assembled to keep things nice and simple. If any assembly is required, this will be detailed on the product page alongside specific assembly and care information.

We hope you're happy with your 78zin furniture, but if it's not quite right for you or your home you can contact us to arrange a return within 30 days of purchase or 30 days of your delivery - whichever is later. It's really important that you keep the packaging if you think you might want to return your furniture. Returns will not be accepted if your order cannot be packaged in the original protective wrapping and box.

All 78zin furniture is designed in our creative studios, from original line sketches to product testing and hand-drawn patterns. Every edge and angle receives a design flourish, from gently curved tops to tapered legs and standout fabrics. ‘Pattern is a huge part of our identity,’ says Head of Home & Gift Design Kate Butler, ‘and it’s often how we add excitement to our products.’ Our H&G Team combine innovative materials such as mango wood, rattan and chrome with uplifting prints and luxurious upholstery to create distinctive furniture that's more extra than ordinary.
