Unfortunately, the first pair of sunglasses I ordered had a slight fault. I contacted 78zin customer service who were fantastic. They got back to me within hours and arranged for a replacement pair of sunglasses to be sent out to me within a few days. I just love my new sunglasses they feel great and look fabulous on

They are very flat. And feel quite fragile. Not mega comfortable on your face either really. But I've kept them and will try them on my holiday.
