my necklace arrived like this all tangled are photos above and took me well over twenty minutes to untangle. It looks nice when first put in on but it “knots” all day so the two circles do not keep apart and looks nothing like the photo advertised. Would not recommend this or Oliver bonas customer service - a really insincere sorry and a £5 voucher to line their pockets again - not!

I would love this necklace, which I bought to match the earings and bracelet of the same design, except the fact it forever gets tangled up with itself. I particularly love the design of the double chain but cannot avoid them both getting tangled and am forever having to adjust it.

I love this necklace: it is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I had bought another one (not gold plated) from a different high street shop which tangled really easily (don’t think the chains had been put on correctly) and quickly tarnished. It’s beautiful in it’s simplicity which is what I look for in everyday jewellery.

Looks very pretty but can be a bit difficult to get the dual layers to sit right. But the design is very nice and you have the option to extend and shorten the length depending of the neckline of the clothing you are wearing with necklace.
