I’m sure the book is very good but very disappointed when it arrived, it was covered in what smelt like petrol and was sticky. I scrubbed the cover which removed some of the stickiness but the cover is now damaged. I didn’t send it back because I was worried it wouldn’t be believable!

I ordered the anxiety journal because I struggle with anxiety. This book is really helpful and it makes me feel positive and motivated for the day. I really recommend the book if you struggle with anxiety and have those worries. I love how you get to write in the book so you can jot down your feelings.
