Directions

- Apply stress check roll-on over pulse points in the evening and then mist deep sleep pillow spray over your pillow and bed linen just before sleep. Inhale and relax. Suitable for use during pregnancy.

I've been using This Works sleep spray for a while now and I really rate it in assisting me to have better sleep. I like this little duo. I would say that the spray runs out really quickly though, so it's probably better to buy the full size product. I really like the little roll on, and use it on my pulse points before bed.

I loved the smell however for the mist I felt that the scent wore off fairly quickly. It would be great if there was an improvement to the formula that allowed the scent to last a bit longer if possible.
