I was looking for a smarter version of my current go-to backpack for work and this is perfect. I love that I can wear it on my back or just pick it up by the straps. There's space for laptop and folders/books and a few smaller pockets including the front pocket so I can easily locate smaller items. Love the colour although the heart keyring wasn't really my style so I've taken that off. I would like it if the top zip went further down the side but tbf it probably helps the bag keep it's structure as it is.
