I LOVE 78zin, but the Emma Tote Bag has fallen woefully short. I purchased it last month and have 2 issues with it. 1. The straps are just a few cm too short - when using it with a coat or jacket, it sits right in the armpit and is not comfortable and slides off my shoulder. 2. The black dye in the lining has stained my Chilly bottle, my Kindle cover, and my power bank. The dye clearly isn’t set. If I could return it, I would. An unusual disappointment from 78zin.
